Every customer, all in one place.
Their details, what they bought, and what they still owe you. Open a customer and see the whole history — no notebook, no scrolling through WhatsApp, no guessing.
The notebook problem
Most small businesses in Mauritius keep customers in three places at once: a notebook by the till, a phone's contacts, and a WhatsApp thread. It works right up until someone asks what they bought last March, or you need to know whether the person in front of you already owes you eight thousand rupees.
Bienzoli keeps one record per customer, and lets the invoices attach themselves to it.
What you keep
A name, and then only what you need: phone, email, and a note in your own words. That is it. The list is deliberately short — a customer record should take ten seconds to create at a busy counter, not two minutes.
A word on data protection. When you store your customers' details, you are the controller of that data under the Mauritius Data Protection Act, and Bienzoli is the processor acting on your instructions. Practically: collect what you need, not what you might one day want. Our data protection page explains the split in plain language.
History that builds itself
Every invoice you attach to a customer becomes part of their record. Open them and you see what they bought and when, what is paid, and what is still outstanding. Nobody has to maintain this — it is a by-product of invoicing them in the first place.
Who owes you, at a glance
Each customer shows their unpaid total. Your dashboard shows the total owed across everyone, next to what you have actually collected this month.
That gap is the number most businesses cannot answer off the top of their head, and it is usually the difference between a good month and a bad one. Seeing it is most of the fix. The invoicing page covers marking things paid.
Your list stays yours
Every query in Bienzoli is scoped to your business, so no other business on the platform can see your customers. We do not sell your data and we do not market to your customers. If you want it out, ask and we will export it; if you want it gone, ask and we will delete it.
What it does not do
This is a customer record, not a CRM. No deals or pipeline, no email campaigns, no automatic reminders or statements, no loyalty points, no customer portal for them to log into. If you are looking for marketing automation, this is not that — and it is not trying to be.
