This policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions. It applies to every account, user, device and item of content used with Bienzoli.

• Use Bienzoli for fraud, deception, unlawful trading, harassment or infringement of another person’s rights.
• Upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, overload the service or interfere with another account.
• Reverse engineer or copy the service except where law expressly permits it.
• Use automated access, scraping or bulk requests without our written permission.
• Misrepresent identity, authority, invoices, payments, sales or stock records.
• Resell, sublicense or provide the service to unauthorised third parties.

Only collect and store personal data you lawfully need for the business. Give people required privacy information, keep records accurate and honour valid access, correction and deletion requests.

Do not enter payment-card numbers, passwords, medical records, biometric information, criminal records or other special-category data into notes or ordinary business fields.

Use a strong unique password, restrict shared devices, remove access when no longer needed and report suspected compromise to vince@vincedotcode.com. Do not share one owner account among unrelated people.

We may investigate suspected misuse and preserve or disclose information where lawfully required. Depending on risk, we may warn, restrict, suspend or close an account and may report apparently unlawful activity to the appropriate authority.

Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct a breach. Immediate action may be necessary to protect people, data or service availability.
